The Standard Operating Procedures in case of pandemic (SOP) provide a set of recommendations and considerations to assure law enforcement work continuity in pandemic-type situations. Based on the analysis of measures undertaken by various law enforcement services in the Western Balkan region, in response to the outbreak of COVID-19, the procedures provide the key considerations when planning and responding to similar situations.
