This publication offers the proceedings of the International Conference âMonitoring Ukraineâs Security Governance Challenges â Status and Needsâ sought to examine and document challenges to the Ukrainian security sector, while explaining again the notion of the security sector governance and reform, along with such concepts as transparency and accountability, efficient and effective management, and the dangers posed to security by corruption.
