This document outlines the minimum standards for creating cyber hygiene systems in public institutions and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

Specifically, it provides practical steps on analysing systems and establishing the necessary policies and procedures, protecting information systems, applying good practices and understanding common cyber threats. A “Good Practices Checklist” offers an easy to reference set of guidelines for an entity to follow.
