One of the problems specialists from different language areas encounter is the issue of a normative terminology. DCAF has therefore tasked a team of English and Russian-speaking linguists and security policy experts to develop a list of security sector related terms as they appear in pertinent publications, and to make the resulting dictionary available to the larger public. What follows is a first version of this dictionary.
