DCAF and the Honduran National Police have been working together for over 5 years to improve the internal response to gender equity. A full diagnostic led to the first institutional Gender Policy, approved by the Director General, communications campaigns, training, and a diploma that will form part of the police curriculum.

This publication seeks to analyze this success and systematize the approach to aid the police, DCAF, and other cooperation agencies in embedding the modernization of gender in their work.
