This publication offers the proceedings of the Conference IV “Security Sector Governance: The Role of Media”. Following to the previous conferences findings and recommendations,
the forth multi-stakeholder conference was to examine current Ukraine’s security sector governance challenges by highlighting the role of media and the international best practices.
This conference aimed to examine the role played by the news media in governance and
oversight of the security sector – the area of public policy concerned with the security of
an individual, community and state.
