Project Officer, Public-Private Partnerships Division

Teresa Hatzl is a research assistant at the Public-Private Partnership Division at the Geneva Centre for the Democratic Control of Armed Forces (DCAF). She is providing support to projects related to cyber security.

Prior to joining DCAF, Teresa worked as a student assistant at the Institute of International Law and International Relations at the Karl-Franzens University Graz. Teresa also interned with different NGOs and research institutions, such as Caritas Steiermark, the European Training and Research Centre for Human Rights and Democracy  and the Geneva Academy of International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights. 

Teresa holds a Diploma Degree in Law from the Karl-Franzens University Graz and a LL.M. in International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights from the Geneva Academy.
