This study reviews the activities of civil society organizations in the Ukrainian government-controlled territory of Donbas between the period of 2014 to 2020. It is hoped that it will enable public organizations to consolidate their activities and representatives of security sectors agencies to build mutual trust with civil society.

This study is also aimed at international organizations that provide financial support for the development of civil society in Ukraine and in Donbas, in particular.
