Project Officer, Public-Private Partnerships Division
Teresa Hatzl is a Project Officer within the Public-Private Partnerships Division at the Geneva Centre for the Democratic Control of Armed Forces (DCAF). She provides conceptual and practical content support to DCAF’s wider cyber security governance work.
Prior to joining DCAF, Teresa worked at the Department of International Law and International Relations at the Karl-Franzens University Graz, Austria. She also interned with a number non-governmental organizations and research institutes, for example, Caritas Austria and the European Training and Research Centre for Human Rights and Democracy.
Teresa holds a Diploma Degree in Law from the Karl-Franzens University Graz, Austria and an LL.M. in International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights from the Geneva Academy, Switzerland.
