A highlight of regional programming is the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of the Netherlands’ –funded project with DCAF’s local partner the Razumkov Centre.
DCAF also cooperates with civil society organisations on a cluster of transparency and accountability issues in Georgia, Armenia and Tajikistan. In particular, a variety of projects in Georgia are implemented with the Civil Council on Defence and Security (CCDS).
Prior regional programming included the development of a Handbook for Civil Society Organisations on Security Sector oversight with UNDP.
